一、關於我們與本服務

本 App 由 VASKA LAB PTE. LTD.（新加坡，UEN 202634772D）營運。 本服務以中國傳統的時家奇門遁甲為方法，依你輸入的時間與地點即時起盤， 再由 AI 針對你提出的問題撰寫解盤。使用本服務即表示你同意本條款。

二、解盤的性質——請務必讀這一段

• 奇門遁甲是傳統擇時文化。解盤內容由 AI 依盤面生成，僅供參考與娛樂。
• 不是醫療、法律、財務或任何專業建議，也不構成診斷、處方或投資建議。
• 我們不保證任何結果。盤面與解盤不能預測事情一定會怎樣發展。
• 重要的決定請同時諮詢合格的專業人士。絕對不要因為盤面上的時辰不吉而延後就醫、延誤法律期限或錯過任何具時效性的事項。
• 最後怎麼做，由你自己決定，也由你自己負責。

三、年齡

本服務僅供年滿 18 歲者使用。

四、帳號

• 你可以用訪客身分直接使用，或註冊帳號以保留紀錄並跨裝置使用。
• 請妥善保管你的密碼或通行密鑰；透過你的帳號所進行的操作視為你本人所為。
• 免費額度採裝置綁定，用於防止重複領取。以多個帳號、裝置或其他方式規避免費額度限制，我們得停用相關帳號。

五、解答額度與付款

• 每一位大師的解答消耗 1 題額度；召開眾師會審消耗 8 題；追問消耗 1 題。
• 訪客有 15 題免費額度，完成註冊與電郵驗證再加 15 題。
• 額度包為一次性購買：US$4.99／100 題、US$9.99／250 題、US$19.99／600 題、US$49.99／1600 題（實際售價依你所在地區與商店換算為準）。
• 購買透過 Apple App 內購買、Google Play 帳單或 Stripe 進行。我們不會收到你的信用卡號碼。
• 額度沒有現金價值、不可轉讓、不可兌換現金，也不會過期。
• 退款依你購買時所經商店的退款政策辦理（Apple、Google Play 或 Stripe）。已經消耗的額度無法退還。若有爭議請先與我們聯絡。
• 由於解盤由 AI 即時生成並立即交付，一經產生即視為已完成交付。你對解盤內容不滿意並不構成退款事由，但若系統發生錯誤導致額度被扣而未產生解盤，請與我們聯絡，我們會補回。

六、你可以怎麼用，不可以怎麼用

• 解盤內容僅供你個人使用。你可以自行保存或分享自己的解盤。
• 不得將本服務用於任何違法用途，不得以自動化方式大量存取，不得規避額度或安全機制，不得試圖取得他人的紀錄。
• 不得將本服務轉售、或包裝成你自己的付費服務對外提供。
• 請勿輸入他人的個人敏感資料。

七、智慧財產

本 App 的介面、排盤引擎、文案與視覺素材屬於 Vaska Lab Pte. Ltd. 或其授權人。 你所輸入的問題屬於你；你授權我們為了產生並向你顯示解盤而處理這些內容 （處理方式見隱私權政策）。

八、服務的變動與中止

• 我們可能新增、修改或停止部分功能。若變動會實質減損你已購買而尚未使用的額度，我們會事先以 App 內或電郵通知。
• 你可以隨時在「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號，或於 qimendunjiaapp.com/delete-account 申請。刪除後保留的項目見隱私權政策。
• 若你嚴重或重複違反本條款，我們得停用你的帳號。

九、責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務係「依現狀」提供。對於你因為依賴解盤內容 所做的決定及其後果，我們不承擔責任。無論如何，我們的賠償責任總額 以你在請求發生前十二個月內就本服務實際支付的金額為上限。 本條不排除依法不得排除的責任。

十、條款的修改與準據法

• 本條款如有修改，我們會更新本頁的生效日期；重大變動會另行通知。
• 本條款適用新加坡法律，並以新加坡法院為管轄法院。

2. What a reading is — please read this

• Qi Men Dun Jia is a traditional art of choosing timing. Readings are written by AI from the chart, for reference and entertainment.
• They are not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and are not a diagnosis, prescription or investment recommendation.
• We do not guarantee any outcome. No chart or reading can tell you how something will turn out.
• For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional as well. Never delay seeing a doctor, miss a legal deadline, or let any time-critical matter slip because a chart called the hour unfavourable.
• The final decision, and responsibility for it, is yours.

3. Age

The service is for people aged 18 and over.

4. Accounts

• You may use the app as a guest, or register to keep your history and use it across devices.
• Keep your password or passkey safe; activity through your account is treated as yours.
• Free quota is device-bound to stop it being collected repeatedly. Using multiple accounts or devices to get around free-quota limits may result in those accounts being disabled.

5. Answer quota and payment

• Each master's answer costs 1 credit; a council costs 8; a follow-up costs 1.
• A guest starts with 15 free credits, and registering with a verified email adds 15 more.
• Packs are one-off purchases: US$4.99 / 100 credits, US$9.99 / 250, US$19.99 / 600, US$49.99 / 1600. Local prices are converted by the store.
• Purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing or Stripe. We never receive your card number.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not expire.
• Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought through (Apple, Google Play or Stripe). Credits already spent cannot be refunded. Contact us first if something is wrong.
• Because a reading is generated and delivered immediately, it is treated as delivered once produced. Being unhappy with what a reading says is not a ground for refund — but if a fault on our side took a credit without producing a reading, tell us and we will restore it.

6. Acceptable use

• Readings are for your own use. You may keep or share your own readings.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, scrape it automatically, circumvent quota or security controls, or try to reach anyone else's records.
• Do not resell the service or repackage it as your own paid offering.
• Please do not type other people's sensitive personal data into it.

7. Intellectual property

The interface, the casting engine, the copy and the artwork belong to Vaska Lab Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. The questions you type are yours; you allow us to process them in order to produce and show you a reading (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Changes and ending the service

• We may add, change or withdraw features. If a change would materially reduce credits you have bought and not used, we will tell you in advance, in the app or by email.
• You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete Account, or at qimendunjiaapp.com/delete-account. What survives deletion is set out in the Privacy Policy.
• We may disable an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions you take in reliance on a reading, or for their consequences. In any event our total liability is limited to what you actually paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments and governing law

• If these terms change we will update the effective date on this page, and give notice of significant changes.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
