我們收集的資料

帳號資料：電子郵件地址與加密後的密碼（或通行密鑰 Passkey 公鑰）。訪客模式僅儲存匿名裝置識別碼。
問事內容：你輸入的問題、起局時間與地點、排盤結果，以及 AI 大師的解盤與追問對話——用於向你顯示紀錄。
使用紀錄：解答額度的使用與購買紀錄（透過 Apple App 內購買、Google Play 帳單或 Stripe 處理；我們不會收到你的信用卡號碼）。
推播裝置代碼（若你開啟提醒通知）。
位置（只有你主動按「使用手機定位」才會取得）：奇門遁甲要用你所在地的經度把時鐘時間校正成真太陽時，所以需要知道地點。你可以直接打字輸入城市，完全不必給定位權限。若你按下定位，我們會向瀏覽器取得你的座標，四捨五入到小數點後兩位（約一公里），再送到 BigDataCloud 的反向地理編碼服務換成城市名稱；存進你問事紀錄的是那個地點字串。我們不會持續追蹤你的位置，也不會在背景取得位置。
防濫用資料：註冊時會記錄一組瀏覽器特徵值與你的 IP 位址，兩者都只以雜湊形式儲存、無法還原。用途只有一個——防止同一個人重複領取免費額度。我們不會用它來追蹤你在其他網站的行為。

你的問題與排盤會傳送至 AI 模型服務（經由 OpenRouter）以生成解盤；這些服務不會用你的內容識別你的身分。
若你使用手機定位，座標會送到 BigDataCloud（api.bigdatacloud.net）換成城市名稱。只有那一次請求會送出座標，而且不含你的帳號資料。
我們不出售你的資料，不用於廣告，也不與第三方分享（支付、AI 生成與上述地點查詢所必需者除外）。

你可以在 App 內隨時刪除單筆紀錄，或於「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除整個帳號——帳號、問事紀錄、追問、提醒、通知代碼與通行密鑰將一併永久刪除。
已經解除安裝、無法進入 App 的話，也可以在網頁上申請：qimendunjiaapp.com/delete-account，或直接來信 admin@worksoulai.com。
刪除帳號後仍會保留兩樣東西，兩樣都不含可讀的個人資料：一是防濫用紀錄（裝置識別碼、IP 與瀏覽器特徵值的雜湊），保留它是為了讓刪帳號無法變成重複領取免費額度的手段；二是付款與推薦紀錄，作為財務憑證保存，且不再連結到任何帳號。
購買的財務紀錄依法保留，但不再連結至任何帳號。

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or a passkey public key). Guest mode stores only an anonymous device identifier.
Consultation content: the questions you type, the casting time/place, the generated chart, and the AI masters' readings and follow-up conversations — kept so your history can be shown back to you.
Usage records: answer-quota usage and purchases (processed by Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or Stripe; we never receive your card number).
A push-notification device token, if you enable reminders.
Anti-abuse data: at signup we record a browser fingerprint and your IP address, both stored only as salted hashes that cannot be reversed. They are used for one thing — stopping the same person collecting the free quota over and over. They are never used to track you across other sites.

Your question and chart are sent to AI model providers (via OpenRouter) to generate the reading; these providers do not use your content to identify you.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what payment processing and AI generation require.

You can delete any single reading in-app, or delete your entire account under Settings → Delete Account — the account, readings, follow-ups, reminders, notification tokens, and passkeys are permanently erased.
If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot reach Settings, you can request deletion on the web at qimendunjiaapp.com/delete-account, or email admin@worksoulai.com.
Two things survive deletion, neither containing anything readable about you: an anti-abuse record (hashed device id, IP and browser fingerprint), kept so that deleting an account cannot become a way to collect the free quota again; and payment and referral records, kept as financial records and no longer linked to any account.
Financial records of purchases are retained as required by law, no longer linked to any account.
